Fencing Sucks website...

Not sure if this belongs here or the watercooler, but I think it's interesting enough to belong here.

I stroll onto the site occassionally, more out of morbid curiousity than anything. Who ever "controls" fencingsucks has recently decided to add IP addresses to people's posts. Strangely enough, no one is posting immature comments on there anymore.

So, could this be the end of FS? Or could this be the beginning of something else... an opportunity for people to have reasonable, anonymous discussions?

People are still posting "immature"/fun comments, but they are more cautious about it. I'm pretty sure the main reason for doing the IP thing was to eliminate spamming. There apparently was a handful of fencers that kept on posting "xs" for hundreds and hundreds of pages in order to make all the badmouthing hard to read.

I think you can get some HideIP softwares for almost nothing on internet... but contrary to FTH who thinks now he's the King, I'm not sure this site is worth it.

Or the beginning of them transferring their idiotic postings over here? Witness our recent arrival...you know who.
