Reputation is, by definition, how other people feel about you. So if your posts are brilliant but no one likes you, then you are brilliant and have a bad reputation. Likewise, if you are completly vacant and yet loved by the communitity, then you are a fool with a good reputation. Reputation IS a popularity contest.

It's...it's just unnatural. Going off and attacking whenever you want... And besides, we're called as fencers to follow the rules of right-of-way. Your moral degradation will be the ruin of us all! What next? You'll be wanting to fence same-sex opponents?
