| The facebook.com should be improving some services - Zuckerberg and crew just got 13 million in invsetments which is about 25x the amount they were previously used to dealing with. With a subscriber base of over 3 million now, it's not surprising that they're capable of attracting significant sums of money, and supposedly they're working on geographic regions for alumni to allow them to interact in a similar fashion to people from the same school - view other peoples' profiles etc.
I don't, however, believe that they have plans to expand to non-.edu based e-mail addresses as their primary market is college aged and recent graduates (i'm guessing you have significant drop offs in percetage of people who are members for pre-2004 graduates, at least at the schools where it was introduced earlier). |

I don't yet get how to find people from outside of Temple (or Philadelphia if I set to search geographically).

| Nearly everybody I know has said that and many people already joined as seniors in high school. Now, I don't know about you, but that seems really stupid as they are not in college yet. Of course, I could be saying that because I'm not on it, nor planning on joining it.
