| Ah-whooooooooooooooooo-gah!
Seriously though, I don't scream much. If I ever did, it's usually something like "WHooha!" or "WhooO!" or "Ayi-yaaaaaaaaaaaah!" or "Ha ha, holy ****."

| It depends I'm not a screamer. But a lot of people do. My observations are the following:
Epeeists: really enjoy their fencing, holler loudly, loudest when they get a hit (or think they do): waaaoooohwwwyeeeeesss!!!!! (very loud)
Foilists: (no sound) Too polite, too nice, too busy examing form, technique, and rules, or apologizing for hits that hurt
Sabreurs: there's a lot of noise, metal-on-metal-metal-on-mask, thumping the strip, and: heyeeeeya! (shortened, but loud). |

I hardly make a noise while fencing (except those apologies mentioned above -- silly foilists, we ). I suppose when I have it came out a short, deep, raspy "HAA".
Sounds I've heard at my club:
"HA!" (same as mine, phoenetically, but in a drawn out, higher-pitched female voice).
"HA-CHA!" (high-pitched, female)
"UPPA!" (males, mostly. Most of my coach's sabreurs)

| I don't often say anything while fencing, but one of my coaches basically says "Hup!" when attacking.

| Hey-Lah, Hey-pah-lah, Hey-pah-hey-ho-lah....
The last usually not as a scream, but a relatively low-timbred comment of self-congratulation after pulling off a particularly neat touch.
And to speak of the Devil, isn't it about time that Quart show up with his opinions about people who yell?
