Date and time sounds good. Maybe you might want people to rendezvous at the venue, and then walk to the Hard Rock Cafe. Going to a busy establishment like an HRC without knowing who's who will break any sense of a party. You might want to get a general number and then make reservations, but it'll be better if people meet at the venue (or some other pre-determined location) prior to going to a place like the HRC.
