Foil Tips and Barrels

I know this issue has been talked about many times before but i never seemed to get a clear answer. ive been having some problems with both french and german tips and i was wondering if a V2A tip would solve anything?

At risk of being shot down in flames - firstly, welcome - secondly (not sure if this is a complement of a criticism!) that has to be the most irritating avtar on here!!! What is the background to it - I am sure it could grow on me!! Please do not take any offense - just a comment.

its actually a buddy icon for aim that i made for my friends band. it happens to be too large of a file to be a buddy icon, but i didnt want it to go to waste so i thought ide put it to good use. by the way, the whole epilepsy thing is completely intentional

To answer your questions, the V2A is the exact same point design as the regular German tips, just made out of a harder material. The screws, tip and spring are all exactly the same as on the original design and will have all the same problems, you just will not have to ream the dents out of the barrel as often. If you have problems with the French and German give the Leon Paul GT points a good hard look. I think they are the best foil points ever made and have had nothing but good luck and super long life out of them.
