Should the off target light in foil be removed?

I have heard that there is talk of getting rid of the off target light in foil. Personally I would not agree with this. It allows u in my experience to regain hits when u are down. You can force a couple of off targets and the plan how to pull back your lost hits.
What do the rest of you think????

You should do a search on this subject. There was a rather long thread a month or two ago about this.

Cheers,
