| Leon Paul Saber X-Change Mask Just wondering if any retailer in Southern California or any fencer for that matter has a Leon Paul Saber X-Change mask which I could see in person to evaluate the fit. I've read that people initially find the the mask an odd fit, but grow to like it. I've been seriously considering buying this mask, but to the best of my knowledge, no saber fencer in So Cal has one nor do the venders carry one in stock If anybody can help me with this, I would be most grateful. |

| I don't know about individual fencers, but Santelli (NY/NJ area?) and Leon Paul USA are the only retailers to carry them in the USA, with Santelli being shut down(?). Measure your head with cloth measuring tape, Leon Paul USA lists the recommended mask sizes for different head measurements. Shipping is free with orders of $20 or more. Worst case scenario, you have to pay shipping to send the mask back to LPUSA to do a return. |

| Shipping on all orders from LP USA is free but there is currently a minimum order of $20.
I am afraid that there are no distributors holding stocks of the masks in the US so you will have to buy one and if you don't like it (I am sure you will!!) you can send it back for a full refund.

| You should feel confident that if your current mask is a medium, that a medium LP XC mask will fit you. I have a large, and at first it was too big but I pulled out all the lining and adjusted it and now it fits snugly and perfectly. It is very configurable.

| Mesh feel I've played with some Leon Paul Foil/Epee mask and the mesh is solid to the point of little to no flexing. I was wondering how the Saber X-changed compared in feel. I really like the idea of my mask with a mesh which is near immovable. Can anybody who owns this mask comment of the feel of the mesh. I know it will pass a punch test, but I've seen mask pass which I wouldn't put on my head. Just wondered what the owner's opinions are. |

| As far as I know, none of the three SoCal vendors (myself, Fencing Post, or Fencing Dude) carry any Leon Paul gear in any quantity (maybe an isolated item here and there).
If you're near L.A. you might want to try and get ahold of Donald Benge in Burbank. He sells some gear and does carry LP stuff. You may have to go through SwordPlay in Burbank to get his number in case he's not in the phone book. |

| Now that Fencing.Net is carrying Leon Paul gear and we have it in our Atlanta, GA warehouse, anyone wanting to try it on could come by our booth at the NACs we'll be at, or purchase one and return it if the fit is not right. You would have to pay for the shipping, but if you aren't in Atlanta or at a NAC we're at then it's at least a way to try them out.
