Locking down the forms is standard and should be done. How would you like to find a form partially filled in. What can be done is download the form to your PC. You will be able to save the form, but not anything you put in. Then fill in the form on your PC and print it out. No worry about penmenship. Print 2 copies.

Well, my point was that the individual information fields like name, address, SS #, etc, should allow for the applicant to type the info in on the computer so it;s all legible. The forms Andrea posted do not do that...at least not on my computer.
Andrea...I can do the fields for you, if you;re able to send me an unlocked application (same for coach's college). I'd be happy to do it.
You can send it to homfencing@hotmail.com Or I can pm you instructions if you don't know how to do it.
Sam, your right. I just did a form from the California Contractors Board for my father that was locked down, but not this locked down. You could type in the form, but you could not save the information you typed.
Andrea, could you double-check with them how much they want it to be locked down. For example can they save a blank form to their computer and/or fill it on-line, but without the ability to save the completed form. They would need to print it without saving.
