What kinda "people's job" would be your ideal?

| I don't want to work with people. I want to work by myself and get paid for it.
Therefore, your poll has a fundamental flaw. |

| "I want to work with people" -- what a lame meaningless phrase. As if there is any job where you have no interaction with others. When someone says that, it means they haven't really thought about what they actually want to do.
What you should say is, "I want to [insert achievement here]." I want to build a bridge. I want to increase career opportunities for the mentally disabled. I want to sell the best dam hamburgers in the world. I want to create a better toothbrush. I want to fix cars.
I personally want to take a nap. I wonder if there's any money in that?

| I do work with people. It can be very rewarding but sometimes it can be EXTREMELY taxing on a mental level.

| I like the way you break out that poll. Few people put that much thought into the dynamics of interpersonal interaction and how it impacts employment satisfaction.

| I play music. And lie around a lot. And say jokes which hopefully bring laughter to those who hear it. And spend way too much time in Bars and clubs. The weird thing about good musicians is that they become cool, and in so doing attract weird people like drug dealers who always like to hang out with the cool people. Not always a good thing. Sometimes it is though. You get in some interesting situations... |

| I worked in food service for quite a while. You learn coping behaviors or you go insane. I enjoy working with people. I also enjoy my long sojourns away from people

| I DON'T want to work with people, I want to work with animals so it's pretty pointless for me to enter the poll.
