IGNORE the trolls

We've been getting some idiot posts lately from people who obviously
don't read this group and are just trying to pick a fight. Ignore them.
Trolls play little games where they see how many replies they can get to
their inflammatory posts. The best way to handle it is to ignore them
and they'll go away.
