Needed: Intro to Foil video

I recently wasted over thirty dollars on a terrible DVD that had no review. So
I thought I would ask first this time. I am looking for a video that will
start with the very first lesson and cover the basics -hopefully in detail.
For example, how to grip the foil...

Any references out there? (DVD preferred, VHS okay)

Thanks in advance,

Take a look at fencing.net

I know they have some equipment reviews there; they may have DVD reviews
as well.
