Sorry, I didn't get back to you, right away - I was working last weekend,
(although, I certainly could have been camping with my roommate, or something
as well...), and, generally speaking, I don't check that e-mail but once a
week, or so.
(The main webpage indicates that you contact
ChrisHagen@usa.com for questions
regarding the webpage/schedule/results, which I DO check more frequently)
That being said, while your interest is definitely appreciated, I am afraid
can't really give you any solid information, just quite yet! I am really only
performing a coordinating function; all these tournament are run by people in
different states, who (despite some poking and prodding from me) make their own
plans according to their own schedules!
About a month ago (maybe even in June), I got an e-mail from the secretary of
one of the divisions where there is a Heartland Circuit Event, saying he wanted
to publish their division newsletter, and asking when they all were; and while
I appreciated that he wanted to publicize the events, I really didn't
understand why he was so sure I would have that information at the time,
since, A. it was so early, and B. he hadn't/wasn't confirming the dates of the
event in HIS division, why he thought anyone else had.
To make a short story, long, I like to plan ahead, and I know other people
often HAVE to, so I try to get this information out just as soon as I can get
it; and, as there is a tacit agreement that these events will set dates by
Labor Day, this is usually the week I try hard to get it; that being said, if
there is an organizing committee that doesn't even meet until AFTER Labor Day,
well, I am powerless to make them do it sooner!
Once again, your interest IS appreciated, and I hope you will find the
information you and I both seek, on the webpage, by the Monday after Labor
Day.
