I'm in no place to rate attractiveness, but Depp has chosen a number of interesting roles that reveal something about his personality - just a sort of odd twsited nature - every character he plays with a different approach, it seems, and I think that's what makes him appealing - as an actor he's probably one of the best out there today. In other words, I think that his talent and his rather quirky on screen personnae are what make him appeal to women more than other people who would be considered more attractive if you were just judging based on looks alone.

Johnny Depp- i think he's really hot, and he's done some pretty damn good acting. but i don't think of him as really hot in a traditional sense.

Brad Pitt-the man has never done anything for me. although i like him, acting-wise, in fight club.

Tom Cruise- never done anything for me at all.

George Clooney- i think he must have been in something i liked. but him personally
? not much for me.

Orlando Bloom- i understand why some people like him, but my favorite role he was in was in Wilde (a movie about oscar wilde) where he's a prostitute that propositions oscar. he really only has one line in the movie.

That Hidalgo guy- i find him seriously hot, but he hasn't had enough of an ongoing career for me to really follow him, so.... no.

Leonardo DiCaprio- i am sad to say i had a crush on him when titanic came out. and i still like the version of romeo and juliet he was in. but it's more that i like the design of certain scenes than i like him.

Matt Damon- finally, the person i picked. i fell madly in love with him when i saw good will hunting, i enjoyed rounders, i (later) went back and watched all the kevin smith he's appeared in (especially dogma. i love him in dogma)..... more recently i've enjoyed the bourne saga..... (and i have yet to see ocean's 11 and 12, because i'm lazy.) (oh, and legends of baggar vance or whatever was kind of... well.... bad.)

but i really gained a great deal of respect for him with the talented mr. ripley.

(i need to finish that book... one of my friends borrowed it when i was a couple chapters from the end, and never returned it... grrr)


Ben Affleck- all the movies i've like him in, he's always been matt damon's sidekick...



other male actors i enjoy- christian bale, ethan hawke, elijah wood..... ok, i give up.

Johnny Depp - Weak minded sissy. After River Phoenix died in his bar, he turned into a whining little punk and moved to France. He also has the nerve to call Americans 'stupid.' If I ever meet that drug sniffing *****, I'm going to kick his @ss.

Brad Pitt - Man*****. Marries Jennifer Aniston, talks dirty with Angolina Jolie over the phone... genius.

Tom Cruise - Arrogant prick, and a scientologist. Says he learned how to use a sword in just a few months. Yeah... sure.

George Clooney - Fake. He should have known better than to portray "Batman." Everyone knows Batman is supposed to have big testicles and huge muscles, Clooney has neither.

Orlando Bloom - Orientation unknown. I've read claims about him and women, funny thing is, he's hardly ever photographed around any. He was supposedly engaged, but that marriage was called off, and yet there was no emotional fallout from either him or his wife. Draw your own conclusions. Bloom is now a practicing Bhuddist.

"That Hildado Guy" - Don't know a thing about him, other than he's not as tough as Hollywood wants you to believe.

Nardo Dicaprio - Spoiled Brat. Also, every woman that has ever had something to say about him in bed says he was done and asleep in five minutes.

Matt Damon - M'eh.

Afflack - Seems like an okay dude. He has no illusion about his wimpiness, I respect that. He's also known for giving $100,000 tips at casino tables. JLo was known for taking those tips back, and handing out a couple $100 chips.

BTW, I'm not gay, Westley. And, you really should stop flirting with MP. She lives in a different state, and flirting with her makes you look desperate... like every other guy on this board.
