| Still no jobs.... We are still in the weakest period of job growth since 1953. Where have the jobs went? Where is the economy heading? When will we be able to afford to buy sneakers made by children in Malaysia working for 10 cents a day? Now that the manufacturing base has eroded away and there are not likely to be a large chunk of tech jobs surfacing any time soon, how would more tax cuts or making the tax cut permanent for those making over $200,000 help bolster the economy?

| A "faking" job? Acting jobs are notoriously difficult to come by, and elected office still more difficult... |

| Hi!
All is not dark. I read in the paper of my union, Sw. Engineers Union, a few interesting tidbits.
1. Overtime - the amount of OT clocked by those who are fully employed is now at a quite high level.
2. Demographics - the huge bumper crop of people born in the 40ies are now starting to reach pension age, and leaving holes after them in the company organizonal chart. The following decades have not produced nearly as many people.
3. The "people wanted" supplement is actually increasing in thickness.
I hope that the same holds true in your countries also.
Have a nice time!
