StM blade numbering

A few weeks ago, I noticed that my FIE StM foil blades have a two-digit number stamped on them above the "StM" logo (which is above the FIE mark). One digit is positioned above the "S" and the other digit is above the "M".

A few of my blades have the numbers "11", others read "09", and I believe there was a third one too.

Does anyone know what these numbers mean, if anything? Are they a lot number, month of manufacturing, or some kind of stiffness/flexibility rating?

Thanks,
Dan
