It's possible that what you have in that picture might be a Castello produc=
t, or at least sold by Castello Fencing Equipment Co. (the company was in N=
YC, and was founded by Maestro J.M. Castello....they went out of business a=
round 1980, I believe). I've owned quite a few Castello brand Italian and =
French foils in the past (dating from the 1960's and '70's), the quality wa=
s always very good, and I believe that the one you have shown is the full r=
icasso-type. Back then , they didn't make them any other way, as I recall.=
The curved handle was a variation, and another variation at the time had =
an off-set blade configuration if memory serves me right.
