    I just registered today, and have been fencing for about 3 months

    I'm foil. I have been fencing for my high school team for a few months. I'm a pretty good fencer, and my team is going to the freshman/sophmore competitions this weekend. I'm so worn out and my knees are killing me. I need to get pumped up. HELP!!!!!!
    10 out of 9 people are bad at fractions.

    Cut back on fencing untill then, maybe drink lots of water/eat good food/get good sleep.
