Minutes of Oct '04 Board meeting

I am looking for a copy of the minutes of the Oct '04 board meeting. The USFA web site has the Agenda posted, but not the minutes. Does anyone know where I can obtain a complete copy of the minutes?

I should have a copy, but don't seem to, which might imply that they haven't been sent out to anyone as of yet.

My notes on the meeting (inlined as edits to the agenda) are available at:
http://www.fencing101.com/vb/attachm...tachmentid=484

Paul Soter's notes on the meeting are available at:
http://www.pcsfencing.com/governance...s/board04.html

My notes refer to his notes when it comes to the RYC discussion.

I am a little confused at this point, but I don't think there were official minutes to that meeting made available to USFA members. There was a summary of the resulting decisions provided through a USFA email newsletter. There may have been similar information as a link on the USFA web site for awhile.

If I'm not mistaken, he's on the board, and so as a board member, he ought to have them.
