As far as Classical Fencing clubs around here are concerned, I know of
one that fences on academic grounds, but that's a university. When we
lost one of our locations, I attempted to get space at several schools
ranging from elementary to high school. It wasn't the "weapons" they
had a problem with, it was just that they were booked solid (not to
mention nothing in it for them).
I know of several sport clubs that fence in middle schools or high
schools in the area. Of the top of my head, one would be the group at
www.parkwayfencing.com, perhaps they could answer questions dealing in
this sort of situation.
