do you know a website who give address of US club who search fencing master?

hello everybody,

just to know, here in France i know a cupple of fencing master (also me) who will like to teach fencing in foreign countries, so do you know if there's a web site where it's possible to find this kind of offer, or if there're some clubs in the US or somewhere else who search fencing master, thanks a lot.

There is not a specific 'fencing master wanted' website that I know of. I suggest that you contact individual clubs directly, providing them information on your qualifications, experience, what you are looking for, etc. I know that our club periodically receives such emails.

The USFCA (United States Fencing Coaches Association) has listings for both positions available and coaches looking for positions (I believe anyone can list an available position, you must be a USFCA member to list as a coach looking for a position). I believe you need to be a member to search either set of listings. They generally have 2-3 position available listings if I recall correctly.

American Fencing magazine also runs ads from clubs/schools looking for coaches.

Wouldn't surprise me if the USFA keeps a record of clubs/schools that mention to them that they're looking for a coach.

So, several options that might yield something for you.

While we're on the topic, posting a bit about yourself, what you're looking for, a CV, etc. here might yield some results.

-B :)

not that our club has any real money to hire a professional coach, but you could come and teach us

For the UK, contact both the BFA and also the home country organisations. I know of at least one (probably 2) clubs that are looking for a new coach in Scotland. There's opportunity for making a big difference here.
