Just to tell you about the exciting camp taking place in Poland this Summer from 12 to 21 August 2005. This year's camp was very popular and the fencers worked hard and developed throughout the camp.
It is open to all epee and foil fencers - who like to be challenged - and who are not afraid of hard work.
The course is for fencing - physical fitness is a priority before the start of the camp - otherwise the unfit will struggle.
The aim - to improve your fencing and fencing conditioning - endurance and give you the ability to make that match winning hit - even if physically your body says you can not!!!
if something like this is repeated next year, I'd love to join. This year I'll be in Amsterdam for Sail Amsterdam, it's only once every 4-5 years, not sure and I have already booked a couple of rooms. Don't wanna miss it.
But regret since these are excellent opportunities to learn a max in a min. time.
