Wanted: Information on Maestro Anthony Greco

Veteran's Fencing Quarterly was doing a series on old time Masters. I believe Tom Craig was working on a Maestro Greco piece. I read also that Maestro Greco had written a book though I don't believe it was published.

Any information or clues would be appreciated.
