Just don't get a hangover the night before the big tournament.. Unless its a two dayer and you're only fencing on the first.... Oh yeah

FWIW, you only get a restricted license at 16, full license at 17. TN changed that 2 or 3 years ago (much to my brother's chagrine, heh.)
