Hey, I'm looking at getting my sister a new foil for her birthday. Can anyone reccomend a durable, cheap, stiff as rebar foil blade?

I use BF now but before I got them I remember having a standard Prieur foil blade, non FIE.
It lasted around 8-9 months with 2-3 uses/week, it was rigid but still had flex and I only ever took the rust off once, it snapped looking like it had never rusted once. Of course I might've been lucky with the one I got but I get the feeling most would be the same.
