Starting at Fairfax fencers

Im starting at Farifax fencers next week. Unfortunately I have to start in Fencing one, which means I'll be fencing alot of younger smaller kids. I've talked to some of my friends that go to Fairfax fencers, and they suggest to use just parries 1 and 2 and I should be fine. Anyone else here go to Fairfax fencers Va?

Philippe
I've been at Fairfax Fencers for 3 years. Nice club, nice people, good coaches.

Most of the group classes are a mix of teenagers and adults. Two of the Monday classes are targeted toward younger fencers (9-12) though older students are always welcome.

Look forward to meeting you!

Try Virginia Academy of Fencing instead (vafinc.com). Great facilities, nice people and a range of talent from rank beginner to 20+ year veterans.
