Could it be that you just ordered one size too small?
no because the mask fit really well otherwise. once i got it on i could move it around my head freely. i had tons of room. it was just that the chin area was too small for me. i don't look exactly like jay leno but my chin is pretty unique. hehehe. it was getting it off and putting it on that was the problem as i stated above.
