Array Ben Igoe wasn't fencing nearly as well as he has in the past at Richmond - he'll have to do better than that if he wants to make the 8. As for tim hagamen, he wasn't at richmond and I think he missed a couple NACs before that too - I dunno if I'd put him in the 8.
I would put henry kennard in the 8 for MF, tho I don't know at the expense of who...maybe fisher?
As for WS I would definitely put daria schneider in the top 8 as well, and even bet on her to finish better than her richmond placing. She only lost by 1 touch to Emily Jacobson.

Array Presumption is correct, as a number of the fencers listed are not of U20 age range (Fisher, Anen, O'Loughlin, Lichten, et al.).
