Mainly action flicks, sci-fi, musicals, and the occasional romantic comedy or two...

Whats the last movie you saw?

Madagascar. Rented it on DVD. I was actually kind of disappointed.

    Have you seen it?

I found it to be very static... in a lot of the scenes, the only thing that was moving on the screen was the central character. For being in a jungle, there weren't many birds flying around, or wind blowing the leaves around... that sort of thing. It's like they spent 95% of their animation budget on rendering the main characters, and the other 5% on the backgrounds. Watch old episodes of ReBoot, there's more going on in the background in those.

I did like the story, though.

Have you been disappointed by any movies lately?

    Have you seen Narnia?

Nope, waiting for the theatres to empty a bit.

Do you sneak food into a theatre?

Heck yes! I find all the movie candy and popcorn much too expensive, so lately I've taken to bringing some Halloween candy to the movies with me. Though I am partial to a large bag of salty popcorn with butter...

How do you like your popcorn?

Lately I've been into some of the different seasonings you can buy for it... I like the white cheddar flavour, with just a touch of salt. Although you really can't go wrong with a big bowl/bag/box of greasy salty buttered popcorn.

Do you have any hobbies besides fencing?

I like to read and write, and I love horseback riding as well. I am also in a choir.

Which do you like better: using your Christmas/Hanukkah gifts or unwrapping them?

Hmm... good question. I guess it depends on what it is - if it's a tool or something, then I'll definitely want to find something to use it on... although it's always fun to unwrap something and try to figure out what it is along the way. I enjoy wrapping presents in strange ways - I'll take something out of one box and put it into another... or I'll get a jar and put some marbles in it or something to make it sound weird. Put a bar of soap in with it, wrap the present in a totally different shape (the best one I ever did like that was made a pair of binoculars look like a wrapped boat), that sort of thing.

What do you dislike getting as a gift that you always seem to keep getting?

Since I like words so much, all my relatives keep getting me portable Scrabble sets and so far I have two and I already know that there's another one wrapped under the mantle for me. Either that or Barnes and Noble gift certificates. Oh gosh, that gets so annoying, everyone keeps getting me gift certificates when they don't know what to get me.

Are you a good gift wrappist?

Good, no. I do, however, pride myself on being unconventional.

What about yourself, are you good at wrapping gifts?

Despite my origami skillz, I am terrible at wrapping presents. They just never come out looking neat and tidy.

What's the best present you've recieved?

Good, no, creative, yes. My mom tells me that I can always put together the exact wrapping papers that completely clash with each other.
EDIT: Best gift I have ever recieved- I'm not sure, there have been some great ones.

    Do you wear mismatched clothes?

Like the colors don't match, which doesn't matter to me, because I can't tell which colors go together or not.

    So, do you?

Meh, not really. I tend to wear a lot of dark colors. General blues, greys, blacks, etc... I'm more of a T-shirt and jeans guy anyways...

T-shirt and shorts, jeans are substituted for shorts when the winter starts.

    Is it cold in LA?

Somewhat. Probably not as cold as where you are though. Not enough to change my usual attire (t-shirt, jeans, denim jacket).

    What's your favorite season?
