No, but I've been meaning to look into aikido. It seems like a very interesting martial art. I also enjoy Kung Fu movies, though I think I'll get in better shape before trying something like that. 
Do you peek at your presents beforehand, or do you like to be surprised?

Neither, really. I help my mom shop, so I already know what most of my presents are. For example, some of the things I'll be getting are a watch, a few pairs of pants, several sweaters, some CD's and DVD's, etc.
What are you getting for your mom?

She wanted a digital video converter so she can save home movies and such on cds instead of VHS tapes. So that's what I got her. It's sitting under the tree as we speak.

Both 1% and 2% milk, some generic soda, eggs, non-butter (I Can't Believe It's Not Butter), some bread, I think. Not much else.
What kind of butter/margarine do you use?

Black. Classic, plain, simple, not flashy or anything. Though I use a fountain pen. I tend to write better with that then a ballpoint.

When I print, it looks like the generic guy's writing- sharp angles and such, not all the curly stuff that girls tend to do. My script is smoother and has long loops.

Not in the traditional sense, no. Though I write a lot of e-mails to friends of mine that are out of state. It's more convenient, though I do send the occasional birthday card and letter with holiday/birthday presents.

Ground chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice... a middle eastern/greek dip.
Unlike humus which is just compost... best not to confuse the two.
One little "M" makes a big difference in what you get on your plate or garden.

Not at all... very grey and gloomy. It's supposed to snow a bit tonight.
