Silver. But I've always had a soft spot for my original pokemon red team. I miss my Charizard.


What pokemon were on your team?

Oh geez, it's hard to remember. Loved Charmander though, he was adorable! And I loved the strong pokemon he grew into. Played Blue, a little of my brother's Yellow (it's ridiculous that you can have only one save file), Silver, and most recently, Pearl and FireRed. I also pre-ordered SoulSilver, which I'm looking forward to, as it's an update of Silver, which I really enjoyed.

Who's your favourite pokemon, overall?

Charizard. Mine in particular had a decent variety of moves that made it very versatile.

What is your opinion of Mew?

Cute, but rather overrated. I'm not much of a collector, I just liked playing with my friends.

Did you ever get mew?

Yeah, but I thought that he (and Mewtwo) were over-hyped.

What did you think of the baby pokemon they introduced in Silver?

Again, cute, but rather unimaginative. Although breeding in and of itself could be a unique and interesting aspect to add to the game, but I did well with just old fashioned capturing.

Any new games out there that catch your interest?

I'm loving the Professor Layton games for DS. Great puzzles!

Do you like puzzle games?

Ever since Tetris.

Has your phone ever ran out of minutes at an inconvenient moment?

No. I hardly ever use my phone.


Have you ever written a peice of music on your own?

Working on it. I cannot understand this music software, and the lyrics are giving me a bit of a headache, but they're coming around at least.

Other than fencing, what sport are you really good at?

I used to be fairly decent at street hockey, though I haven't picked up a stick in years. I should take it up again.
