| I've only done it once, but I would definitely do it again if I could.
Why can't I sleep tonight?

What was the last piece of "essential" equipment you bought?

| Increasing your protein intake and lots of exercise. (I certainly wouldn't mind further verification of that. )
Why do you need to gain 15Lbs?

Did you oversleep this morning?

| Nope, typical up before the alarm and pack the boys lunch for school. In college they wanted me to lift and get to 195. Everything I did to gain weight I ran off at practice.
I'd like to get down to 195 now. (Only 40 pounds to go. Or as I call it "Increased Target Area.")
I wonder if TBEAN is fasting next week?

| If we're strictly trying to minimize time, and assuming you mean pounds from one's body weight, probably liposuction or amputation.
What should I have for lunch?

At worst, a slap in the face can get a person fired or shot. At best, a slap on the derriere, even if inadvertent, can lead to an interesting night.
When did you last slap someone?

Should I work on some seasonal poetry?
