Basil Ice Cream topped with sliced strawberries tossed in balsamic vinegar and honey. Really it worked, but I'm not sure if this is what you were really asking for as this was not so much a spur of the moment concoction, but more of something I thought about and planned the recipe.

What should I do with the zillion yellow tomatoes that need to be harvested from my plant?

yumm..if you have a dehdrator- dry them-- or freeze them in a vacuum bag. for omlets later on.
