Cassoulet is a rich, slow-cooked bean stew or casserole originating in the south of France, containing meat (mine contains turkey smoked sausages and duck - although classically it can have any or all of the following - pork sausages, chicken, duck, goose and can sometimes mutton), bacon or pork skin (fat and taste) and white beans. Mine also has acorn squash and tomatoes in its base, then slow-cooked with wine and seasonings.

Only moose, deer and reindeer, really. Many years ago. (Usually I let other people cook meat cause I'm lousy at that... )

Yes, and other people's as well. I don't sew anymore because I hate it, but I will occasionally knit as I find that to be relaxing.

My brain. Ok, I posed for the picture; someone else took it. (the picture. Someone else took the picture. No one took my brain. I kept it with me. It may not be much, but I have grown attached to it.)

What was the last thing you knitted?

    Yes.

Do you put your underwear on before or after breakfast?

(semi-related note.. I love cassoulet. It is on my list of stuff to try to make before warm weather. Never made it before, was going to try Julia Child's general precepts, but can I have your recipe instead perhaps?)
