2. Liver - high in iron
3. Fish - salmon, tuna, clams - iron rich
if you don't eat meat ...
1. Green leafy veggies - spinach, collard or mustard Greens, asparagus, broccoli, kale, cabbage - high in iron
2. Tofu or dried beans - iron rich
3. Almonds, cashews, walnuts, tahini, sesame - iron rich
Many cereals or wheat products are also iron fortified.
