No thanks. Nowadays there's theatre fencing and SCA for that...

Aren't you happy times have changed since those duelling times?

Occasionally. Then I read an account of an actual duel and realize that this format is probably better overall.

    Which also answers this question.

Should I go to an epee tournament on Sunday? I don't really fence epee anymore and don't really have the time.

Which might depress you the least - then start with the other one.

Where is your office located, again? There is a fairly new restaurant in Eastern Hills Mall called the Brick Oven Bistro. Nice menu. If you're not near there, go to a Ted's and have a hot dog and some onion rings.

I am taking a half day of vacation this afternoon in order to get away from a corporate employee-appreciation party and to be able to do barn chores in time to pick up my wife for dinner. What should I do to make good use of my free time this afternoon?

Get your wife some flowers. That is an execellent use of time and might make her happy - if she is a flower girl.

I wonder if parrythis will get his D at the NAC?

I certainly hope he does. His fencing world has been in chaos lately and could use a bright spot.

What are my chances for getting the new job I interviewed for this week?

Communications Specialist with a company that has $2.6 billion in annual sales. Hello benefits.

If I get the job, how should I quit my current one?

I'm never one for burning bridges. So if you have paid vacation I would offer your resignation letter to your supervisor with the notice that equals your paid vacation. If you don't have paid vacation, offer two weeks notice, they may or may not take it.

Alternatively, you could tell the to f*** themselves and walk out the door. I did that once and boy did it feel good.

Which one of those will Matt choose?

LOL... It's nice to see someone taking my advice.

I wonder if Kidlazy will become a pool boy in some effort to find wealthy cougars?

Only if it can give me the financial freedom that I am looking for.
However, I need to lose few pounds of fat first; since I stopped fencing a month ago, I have gain 3.2% bodyfat.

Where can a 6'1", 170 lbs, with 11.8% bodyfat (once I drop that 3.2%), young man get a job as a pool boy in weathly cougars' houses?

You should consider Hollywood. I would get a nice tan first.

Isn't it nice that f-net finally has their own Dear Abby?

    I adjust the camera.

Do I ever really answer anyone's question?

    Sometimes.

Don't you think that funny answers can actually be more useful sometimes?
