Aren't you happy times have changed since those duelling times? Which also answers this question.
Should I go to an epee tournament on Sunday? I don't really fence epee anymore and don't really have the time. -

Array Where is your office located, again? There is a fairly new restaurant in Eastern Hills Mall called the Brick Oven Bistro. Nice menu. If you're not near there, go to a Ted's and have a hot dog and some onion rings.
I am taking a half day of vacation this afternoon in order to get away from a corporate employee-appreciation party and to be able to do barn chores in time to pick up my wife for dinner. What should I do to make good use of my free time this afternoon?

Array I'm never one for burning bridges. So if you have paid vacation I would offer your resignation letter to your supervisor with the notice that equals your paid vacation. If you don't have paid vacation, offer two weeks notice, they may or may not take it.
Alternatively, you could tell the to f*** themselves and walk out the door. I did that once and boy did it feel good.
