Cook 1kg of potatoes tender without peeling them. Peel them and slice them up into thick slices. Make 6-7 hard-boiled eggs, peel them and slice them up. Fry some bacon in a pan, add some sausages (smoked and not smoked also, both in thin slices). Lay one layer of the potatoes, then some eggs, some of the bacon-sausage mix and some sour cream. Again one layer of potatoes, one layer of eggs, bacon, sour cream... till you have place. Last layer of potatoes, put some sour cream on the top and sprinkle some breadcrumbs on it. Bake it golden brown.
