Array I'd start with having a more substantial breakfast -- cereal, yogurt, and fruit -- I find that cereal alone holds me over for an hour tops. High-fiber foods like wholegrain bread or Kashi cereal also help keep you fuller longer.

Array yes. leaving work early is always good.... except when you get paid hourly.
Should I go see a movie with friends or just hang out at one of our houses? Fencing is all about hooking up and scoring.

Array Depends on what movie you're going to see.
Also depends on if you have enough diversions at your house (DVDs, um...board games [if people play those anymore], food) to keep them entertained.
I'd say go see a movie, though...because movie theater popcorn is just so irresistible.

Array Only if it's bad for you. Snacks should not be health food - that's just a mini-meal.

Array That's hard to say- depending on the day I would say at least three(ish) hours or so.

Array A good 10+ hours (except on weekends). My work is entirely on the computer for 8 or so hours a day, and then I usually go home and play a few mindless games or chat at night.

Array Well... lately, at least 3 hours. But then again if I lived in a different city that would easily be cut down to like 20 minutes tops.

Array Salsa upsets my stomach if I eat too much...but then again all foods do that if eaten in excess.

Array Recently, a good 2 hours a day between work and home. Damn conference calls.
EDIT: Way late...None. I haven't had junk food in well over a year now.

Array Solitaire, Minesweeper, Final Fantasy Tactics Advanced. I like games like that where I can just pick it up whenever and play for a little bit while waiting on something.
