Do you - like me - wish you could be at a beach right now, enjoying the sun with a cold beer in your hand? | As to the beach and the beer, OH YES!!!!!! Especially when I look outside and the only thing I see is white, white and snowflakes tumbling towards exta...oops, no, that wasnt' what I wanted to say.
31 days of holidays??wow, that's cool, I only have 20 at my disposal....

My stomach tells me it's time to prepare some dinner. I'm uninspired, what should I eat?

| I would suggest you buy salad, some greens, some tomatoes, some cottage cheese, some champignon, some chicken breast. Mix the salat, make a nice dressing with olive oil and aceito balsamico, cut the chickenbreast, put it in the pan, a little later add the champignon. Top the salad off with the chicken and the champignon. Tastes great.
Thinking of that, I should still buy some for tonight.....Seems I won't be making it to store opening time anymore....

| wine...pooh, don't know what you can buy over there in Sweden, but would have quite a few. In general, the Spaniards from Duero or Navarra are quite good, just dont get one with the Tempranillo grape in it only, they're somewhat flat. A mixture of grapes including the Tempranillo in general are good.
Dessert - hmmm.....some fresh fruit? Dont know, hardly eat dessert...ice cream? But it may be too cold for ice cream.
What's the digestif you like most?

| Fruit and cheese for dessert, along with brandy.
For the chicken: why not add some fresh lemon juice and capers? |

| Oops, a bit late, but it seems I anticipated Pauli's excellent suggestions. Is wild rice available there? It would go well with the chicken. |

| I decided to go for the Pauli-salad. I added some ingredients but not lemon juice and capers. (Is that the same as 'kapris'?)
Wild rice is indeed available in Sweden (And I should think in CH too). I might do your combination some other day, Brian!
Mmm, chicken. What do you think Soldier will say if he knew about our chicken recipes..?
(By the way Brian, if you like blue cheese for dessert it goes VERY well with the hungarian Tokaji Azsu. Try it!)

| Well, either way I answered that, I'd probably be lying.
Who's the better musician - Lionel Richie or Buddy Rich? |

| Buddy Rich no question. Richie is barely a musician- good songwriter- good singer- but not a musician. Buddy Rich cannot fail on the drums. |

Nusy, question: what does nusy stand for? Nosy? | Nooo, it derives from my "normal" first name (Anna). But as it's pronounced in Hungarian (approx. "noo-she") it sounds like "bunny" (nyuszi).
Do you like... mmm... Egri Bikavér then? |

| Oh now you're asking me too much. I don't know any of the names yet. I just remember that twice I have been served hungarian red wine and I was surprized by the quality of it. This is how I know, but I haven't gotten into any of the producers yet. So really, wouldn't know, but maybe we get the chance to know in July / August, right?
What toothpaste do you use? ( I know, stupid question)
