Leon Paul Combination Jacket/Plastron

Looking for feedback on this item. Anybody got one that likes it? It's the bright Blue unisex right or left hand with adjustable straps.
Good Value?
Comfy?
Suitable for competition?

In the U.S. yes. My guess is you'll still need an underarm protector even with the "integrated" plastron. The extra protection is always nice.

Has anybody ordered these jackets? I'm just curious to see how they turned out since they seem to be a really good design for club use.

I believe the USFA rules state that the plastron and the jacket can be one unit. But one needs to prove that the plastron's seams do not mesh with the seams of the jacket and that the plastron is double-thickness and extends to the elbow.

Does it really have to be in blue?

It is not really aimed at individuals, it is more for clubs and activity centres. It is back zip so I would not recomend it unless it is likley to be worn by a bunch of different people.

In the UK at least it is fine for competitions and you dont need to wear a seperate plastron.
