| Here are my recollections as they come to me. May not be exactly accurate on all the details, but if I think of something else I'll edit.
Once everyone arrived we ran and did some warmups, followed by light stretching. This was followed by simple footwork drills, all of this lead by Ariana, and after that more stretching. After this were more complicated footwork drills, some leg strength drills, and sequence suicides (fast advance to first pole, slow retreat, medium advance, fast retreat) etc. After this we suited up and did drills, mostly parry riposte from lunge and advance lunge distance, with predetermined and then choice of lines, and later with indeterminate footwork(chase and hit, no feints). After this we suited up electric and did the same drills, but this time with the options of either parry-riposte or attack in prep. When that had gone on for a while we used the last 15-20 minutes for electric bouting.
If anyone is interested in a more in depth description let me know and I will try to clarify. It was a good sized class, split into two groups based on experience when we started with drills.
I plan to attend as regularly as possible and would recommend it to any sabre fencer of any ability level.
