It is unfortunate, that the types of threads showing up in the Water Cooler are even being thought up.
It has been discussed between a few of us and I believe the rest of you will agree.
Anything rude, vulgar, disrespectful, or anything that falls along those lines posted in Fantasyland should be immediately deleted or locked.
We've been writing here for years and I'll be hell fire and brimstoned if I'm going to sit back and watch it disappear under disrespectful issues that should not be breached on a family type, respectable forum.
Craig has done a great job of keeping this whole site up and running and keeping its nose as clean as he can and I think it's the least we can do to help out in that effort.
I have some form of respect for every writer here and I should hope the same is passed between each of you, enough so that we wont resort to stupid, frivilous matters.

As one of the moderators of Fantasy Land, I will support what Rosieposie (aka "Iwant2bafencer") has to say. There are plenty of other sites for nasty writing. This isn't one of them.

If you want your own forum, perhaps you could get your own board & make your own rules. Have you discussed it with Craig? Why eat up all of his bandwidth because you can't play nice with others?

Where did this come from? Has someone been posting "rude, vulgar, disrespectful" things in Fantasyland that I've missed?
Is there a danger of the general inane-ness of the rest of the Water Cooler--which ebbs and flows, by the way, as new people come and older posters wander away--spilling over into Fantasyland? I haven't seen any evidence of it, but is there something going on that isn't apparent?
What troubles you, Rosaline? Have you seen something I haven't?

Yes, Loch, unfortunately. I had to remove a post in "Random Writing" about something inappropriate. If they want to talk like that in Water Cooler, fine. Leave Fantasyland out of their tripe. We've been pretty good about removing rude, vulgar & disrespectful posts as of late. A pity we have to take action at all.

It's because we've been doing our jobs that you haven't seen these bits.
