CHANGE-OF-PACE EPISODE STRIPS POLITE VENEER OFF DOCTORS WHO ARE ORDERED TO ATTEND SEMINAR -- In a dramatic change-of-pace episode, after a bout of horseplay following a dominatrix' appearance in the ER, Dr. Weaver (Laura Innes) orders Abby (Maura Tierney), Dr. Carter (Noah Wyle), Dr. Lewis (Sherry Stringfield), Dr. Kovac (Goran Visjnic) and Dr. Gallant (Sharif Atkins) into a day-long sexual harassment seminar -- which unleashes a torrent of truth about their mutual relationships. While the class is delayed for a tardy instructor, the five share intimate details while alternately mocking and challenging each other -- especially with the thorny romantic attractions involving Abby and Lewis with Carter. What's more, Carter and Kovac kill time by engaging in a roughhouse round of fencing that speaks volumes about their contending interest in Abby. Ming-Na also stars in a script written by executive producer John Wells.

oh i saw that episode. it was on almost a year ago. unrealistic, but entertaining none the less.

Very unrealistic. As I remember, the ep shows emergency room doctors--one with fencing experience--playing around with foils that just happen to be in a closet (why?) without masks, the single most important piece of safety equipment in the sport.
