Hotel deals for Richmond NAC

Here's a hotel price data point for those heading to the Richmond NAC ...

We snagged the Radisson Hotel Historic Richmond for $45 per night through Priceline. The USFA/THS "special" rate for the same hotel was $79 per night.

The Priceline bid we submitted was for a 3 star property in the Richmond downtown zone (only) for $45 for Thursday 12/9 to Sunday 12/12. The bid was accepted by the Radisson.

I put bid for $40, but it asked me to increase by $12...
I was too lasy to start over with $45 and re-type everything

So I got mine for $52
Dates are different for me: from Dec 9 to Dec 11
May be it explains price change....

There is actually an event website for the NAC-B in Richmond, December 10-12th. It includes restaurant, attraction, and hotel recommendations as well as sponsor info and directions.
