    The Crown of Texas

Well all, it's that time again. I'm gearing up for our areas big event in June; The Crown of Texas

It is our pleasure to invite you to the Crown of Texas Regional Event that will happen in Amarillo, Texas on June 5th and 6th of 2005. Please mark your calendars, this year promises to be a quality event as we had last year.

Many of you attended last year. Does anyone have any suggestions or idea to make the event bigger nd better this year? We'd love to see everyone there. We already have committments from Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Colorado, and Arizona. It'd be great to see this event jump to the next level this year.

Fer the love of gawd, Matt, do NOT beat us over the head with the event this year. Try to control your enthusiasm -- let it out in small, controlled bursts every couple of weeks, if you must.

LOL sorry guys, I will post much less this year. I didn't mean to flood this board with the tournament last year.

I'd be happy if they could just ensure that everyone registers actually fences. Last year almost a third of the sabre evaporated. They were there, fencing the other weapons, just blew off the sabre. Makes me ( with my cynical nature ) wonder whether they ever intended to fence it.

Sorry no free flights but we'll have lots of fun: including door prises and a lot of neat stuff for the winners of each event.

Oh there will also be a lot of quality fencing too.

This year's first place winners are going to get marble trophies like no one has ever seen before, WOW.

Oh their will also be a lot of quality fencing too.

I'm curious, of those that went last year, what did you think?

I'm not trying to be pushy with this event I just want to make sure people know it is available and hope they will put in on there calendars. I am not trying to flood this board with this event. Sorry if a few of you feel that way.

I hope by moving sabre and the events around that we will NOT have that propbelm again this year. So far we have 8 registered for Sabre and I'm sure itll grow. After all the event is only 9 months away.
