I've a friend that's headed to the Ukraine on November 16th, and he's bringing back a bunch of equipment. Here's a list of his rates(which are cheaper if you buy in bulk)::

Blades::
15$ for ukranian sabers regular
17$ for ukranian sabers colored
60$ for FIE stm epees
50$ for FIE stm foils
12$ for Non-Fie foils

Lamees::
60$ for saber lamees
50$ for foil lamees

TBA- Uniform (somewhere around 45-60$)
12$ Foil/epee glove

Guards/points::
10$ for saber guards
10$ for german foil points
6$ for stm epee points

StM blades can be seen on the allstar and PBT sites. Possibly other places too.
