Sam (and everybody),

This list has been specifically configured so that replies default to the
original author, NOT to the entire list. The purpose is to prevent private
conversations and off-topic messages from being sent to the list by mistake
(which used to happen regularly when the list was configured the other way
around).

If you receive a private reply that you would like to share with the list,
email the author and ask them to re-post (no pun intended) their message to
the list.
