Settlement of Latenight vs Jane Doe

I hereby apologize for googling a certain individual who's name will remain unknown according to the settlement reached by my legal council (hereafter "me"). Although the "googling" in question was done in the most innocent and flattering of ways, It has been agreed that googling an individual of whom you hold in the highest of regard might give said individual the wrong idea (i.e. your a dumb@ss). Such an individual would be perfectly in their rights to question said "googler" in regards to what was "googled", why it was "googled" and to love the perpetrator of said "google" despite the fact the he commited the offense on the grounds that he is a goofy basta**.

Sounds like yet another reason not to drink whilst browsing online. At least not unless one has friends looking over one's shoulder to stop foolish web searches before trouble is stirred up. After all, friends don't let friends beer-Google.

When I google my name I come up as a registered sex offender. The guy has the same first name, last name, and middle initial (different middle name though)...

It's not me I swear.
