I have recently twisted my knee and ankels and recovered (well, mostly). Anyways, now they're all stiff and stuff. Would anyone happen to know any good streaches for stretching out my knee? My ankels? Any help would be, well, helpful.
In gymnastics we used to sit on the floor with one leg out straight and the other leg bent and resting on top of your thigh. Then use your hand to rotate your foot/ankle gently in circles. It's important that you use your hand instead of just allowing your ankle to do all the work.
Take it easy and work your way back up gradually. Take care!
