Of course it will be a world cup. That's true regardless of who shows up. Whether or not it's a designated world cup (ie bonus points in the US standings) is probably the question that you're interested in.

Is the USFA going to post the confirmed entries? I am just wonder who is showing up for each weapon.
It seems this information is often posted on weekends. It would be very interesting to see the list of confirmed entries. Hopefully it will show up tomorrow or Sunday.
